PSL Project: Updates & Documentation
The City of Cahokia Heights is implementing the Private Sewer Lateral Repair Program to reduce inflow and
infiltration (I/I), help prevent sewer backups and sewer overflows, and improve the reliability of the sanitary sewer system.
This pilot program is limited to eligible residential properties within the existing Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District in the former City of Centreville. Funding is currently available through December 31, 2026. Participation does not increase property taxes.
